add erisbot to discord

erisbot asks for these so its panels, alerts, check-ins and level-ups work.

• View Channel— see the channels it posts in
• Send Messages— post alerts, panels and level-ups
• Embed Links— show rich alerts and panels
• Add Reactions— Time Manager check-in reactions
• Read Message History— find and update its own panels
• Use External Emojis— custom emoji in panels
• Manage Roles— Time Manager duty roles and Leveling rewards
• Manage Channels— Time Manager setup creates its channel
• Manage Threads— Stream Alerts threads
• Create Public Threads— Stream Alerts threads
• Send Messages in Threads— Stream Alerts threads

it never needs administrator.
